Lets Catch up....

We have had a very busy week!!! Last Saturday we did the traditional dying of the Easter Eggs with the girls. I personally dont care for this tradition. My kids love it, I think its a waste of eggs! Take a peak at their "fancy" eggs!

Sunday was Easter, and since it rained all day Saturday, we decided to hide eggs all over the house for the girls to find Sunday Morning. I think my Mom, Dad, Adam and I had just as much fun hiding the eggs, as the girls had finding them!!!

Monday Morning my girls piled into my parents car and headed to St. George for the week! I was KID FREE! Oh it was soooo heavenly! This is Maya in my Dad's car ready to hit the road! She doesnt look excited at all huh?

Wednesday, my girlfriend Mia, her kids and I headed to St. George to spend the remainder of Spring Break with the girls and my folks. Mia and I spent our time relaxing and watching every chick flick movie we had been dying to see that our husbands were unwilling to watch! It was a blast! While we were there we also went to the Kite Festival, which all the kids LOVED! Last year it was so windy we could barely fly kites; this year there was hardly breeze at all! Go figure!!

We had a great time in St. George relaxing, eating way too much food, doing mani/pedi's, swimming, and of course shopping. And speaking of eating way too much....

Have you ever been here? It is a quaint little place in St. George called The Bear Paw and it has the BEST breakfast ever! I go to breakfast there every time we are in St. George. The wait is going to be at least 40 minutes, but trust me it is worth it!!! Check it out the next time you are there!
Thank you Mom and Dad for the great visit! We love you!!

Spring Dance Concert

Well guess who's a BIG girl now??? Maya!!! She has been taking dance classes since the fall and yesterday was her FIRST concert!!! I was BEAMING with pride!!! She did such a great job and was sooooo cute! Big sister Kelsey performed 3 numbers in that concert as well; she did a great job and is really becoming a good dancer!! Congratulations to both of my girls!!!! Thank you to Mom and Dad who came all the way from St. George to see the girls perform. And a huge THANK YOU goes to Kelsey's wonderful kindergarten teacher, Miss Gurney, who also came to see Kelsey perform!!! She is the best teacher and Kelsey loves her to pieces!!!

Fun with Rae and Jadyn!

This morning my sister and my niece left to go back to New Jersey :-( We are Sad Sad Sad!!! My sister is my very best friend. She understands me better than anyone and I love spending time with her. Since she lives so far away, we only see each other about once a year and I treasure every second of our visits! Since Rae was in town, my Mom and Dad came up from St. George, and Lea stayed here as well. It was a house full, but it was great to have the family all together. Thanks for the fun visit Rae and Jadyn!! We miss you already!

Tiff does it again!

Since the last family picture I had taken with my parents and sisters was in the 5th grade, we figured it was time for a new one! Since my sister Rae and niece Jadyn were visiting, we thought it was the perfect time to do some family pics and grand kid pics as well. My friend Tiff is an amazing photographer (she took my kids pics last year and did a FABULOUS job) and she was able to schedule us for this shoot. Once again her pics are AMAZING! We love how they turned out! Thanks Tiff for a great shoot!!!

More Dance Pictures

I just wanted to post some more dance pictures from Kelsey's competition on Saturday. These were from her team perfomances. They received first place for one routine and second place for the other. Great Job Girls!
